To send a firearm under warranty, you must first obtain a return authorization number. Please complete the form below by simply typing the information into the form’s displayed fields. A return authorization number will then be sent to you by email with further instructions. The return authorization number must be included in all future correspondence and must be indicated on the outside of the box you will use for shipping.
