This person will play a critical role in establishing sustainable relationships with national contacts and developing them in order to hit strategic business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a strong work ethic, has phenomenal organization and prioritization skills, and has the flexibility to react quickly to dynamic business objectives.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Keep and maintain existing business relationships
  • Provide key accounts with pertinent information regarding general inquiries
  • Conduct business line reviews and presentations across the country
  • Provide technical assistance by phone and emails
  • Attend trade shows across Canada and USA
  • Follow up on orders with brand managers and suppliers
  • Seek new business partners and opportunities
  • Stay up to date on our industry trends, new products and competition and ensure our company is aware of these

Required Skills:

  • Passionate about the outdoor, hunting and firearms
  • Professional, dynamic and outgoing
  • Great speaker
  • Unilingual English or Fully bilingual – oral & written (French and English)
  • Great speaker with sales experience
  • Well-organized
  • Like to travel
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Valid PAL, passport and driving license
  • No criminal record

Working Hours: Monday to Friday; 40 hours/week; business hours.
